About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health assistance is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with mobility.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- Background check is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers safely and comfortably.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and supervisors.
