Requirements

- Background check clearance as required by state regulations
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders and help manage health care routines
- Support clients with mobility and transfers safely
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands if needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
