RSI Community is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to live full, meaningful lives. We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in residential group home settings. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving or IDD experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, and medication administration
- Support participation in social and recreational activities
- Respond calmly and professionally to medical or behavioral needs
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Work collaboratively with team members, families, and healthcare professionals
