We're currently hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support individuals with IDD in residential group home settings. Whether you're experienced in caregiving or just getting started, RSI offers training, flexible schedules, and an environment where you'll be appreciated and supported. šµ Pay & Perks Hourly Pay: $14.50-$16.50 Hiring Bonus: $600-$2,000 Weekend & Awake Overnight Pay Differentials Paid Sleeping Shifts Available Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan Generous Paid Time Off Free Training + Ongoing Professional Development Growth Opportunities Within the Organization š Current Shift Openings Day Shift (Full-Time): Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Evening/Weekend: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Weekdays: 2:30 PM-9:00 PM Weekend Day: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Overnights: 10:00 PM-8:00 AM, 10:30 PM-8:30 AM, or 9:30 PM-9:00 AM Part-Time Options Available - Great for students, parents, or supplemental income! š§” What You'll Do Support individuals with personal care, hygiene, and medication administration Encourage participation in social and recreational activities Respond to behavioral and medical needs with calm professionalism Help maintain a clean and safe environment Collaborate with a dedicated team, families, and medical professionals ā What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Caregiving or IDD experience is a plus, but not required Compassionate, calm, and reliable team players Willing to learn and grow with us! š Why RSI?
