About The Position

Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC. (CNS) is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join their team. This role involves providing compassionate home healthcare services to individuals, including Veterans of the United States Armed Services, Workers Compensation Claims, and former energy workers. The PCA will work directly with patients in their homes, offering one-on-one care to help them maintain independence and comfort. CNS is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those who have contributed significantly to the nation.

Requirements

• Experience with in home caregiving a must
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• TB Test (company will cover charges if not updated)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to individuals in their home
• Perform meal preparation
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements
• Provide quality care to patients
• Empower patients to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home
