Personal Care Assistant - PCA Private Duty Caregiver Part-Time Hours Available Come work for CNS Cares and make a difference! At CNS Cares, you will work in the privacy of the patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.
Requirements
- TB test
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business practices, policies and procedures, professional journals, technical guidelines, and governmental regulations.
- Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Must be able to provide guidance and direction accurately and clearly to Company staff and employees.
- Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; possess ability to analyze data from different sources to draw conclusions; utilize effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License
- CPR/First Aide Certification

Nice To Haves
- 2 years of in-home health care experience
- Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
- Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
- Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
