Requirements

Previous experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or caregiver is preferred but not required
A genuine passion for senior care and making a difference in residents' lives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff or supervisors
Support medication reminders as directed by licensed staff
Encourage resident participation in daily activities, social programs, and wellness initiatives
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and families
Follow all company policies, procedures, and state regulations
