Requirements

• Previous experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or caregiver is preferred, but full training is provided
• Passion for senior care and making a positive difference
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in resident health or behavior to nursing staff
• Support medication reminders under supervision
• Encourage resident participation in daily activities, social programs, and wellness initiatives
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and families
