The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, cash handling experience and an interest in learning more about banking. Summary The Personal Banker II provides quality customer service while conducting a variety of savings, checking, and credit transactions. Responsibilities include maintaining a cash drawer, performing teller transactions, balancing cash daily, opening new consumer accounts, and assisting established customers with their personal banking needs. This role requires advanced knowledge of bank products and services and the ability to recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
