Join Our Team: Personal Assistant Position Company Overview: Pepper's Personal Assistants is a fast-growing executive services organization that launched in 2012. Executives, business owners, and busy professionals contact us to handle their household tasks, chores, and projects. We make our clients' life easier, allowing them to focus on their families, careers, and other activities they love. Job Summary: We are hiring for a Personal Assistant to support a busy family in West Seattle. Our client is looking to find someone who can help them with household management and chores to give them extra time to focus on their careers and family. The ideal candidate is creative, has strong organization skills, and is self directed. The household includes a dog who may be reactive: comfort, confidence and experience with dogs is important. Hours: 20 hours per week. Client would prefer four days on site, including Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9-3 Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience. Location : West Seattle. This is an on-site position, and candidates must live in the greater Seattle area. Start Date: ASAP. Role Description: Your role will involve: Basic meal and snack prepping Daily home reset and tidying Curating crafts projects for kids Errands including grocery shopping, prescriptions, dry cleaning, returns, etc. Laundry Assist with special organizational projects / vendors / household management Maintain and follow detailed home calendar Travel & Event Planning Support Pet Care Car maintenance Requirements Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Comfortable around dogs. Who You Are: Self directed, creative, consistent, organized.
