Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and business travels. Screen and prioritize incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and take appropriate action. Prepare and review all necessary documentation, reports, and presentations for the CEO. Process and track expenses, reimbursements, and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices. Conduct market research and compile data for decision-making purposes. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
