About The Position

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a commercial mortgage broker working across real estate and financing projects in the US. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision. This is not a typical “calendar + inbox” assistant role. You’ll be involved in real deal flow, client communication, and helping move transactions forward.

Requirements

  • Clear communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working with documents (PDF, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable using tools like email, spreadsheets, and messaging apps

Nice To Haves

  • Russian language is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations across multiple deals and projects
  • Follow up with clients to collect required documents
  • Organize and maintain files in shared folders (e.g. Google Drive)
  • Prepare and structure documentation for deal processing
  • Communicate with clients and partners via email and WhatsApp
  • Track deal progress and ensure all steps are completed on time
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination
  • Gradually take on more ownership (e.g. submitting files to lenders)
