About The Position

A busy, high-performing couple is seeking a top-notch personal assistant to support them across professional, household, and lifestyle responsibilities in Cole Valley, SF. The role would be remote, with occasional on-site needs and travel to other residences. The candidate should already live locally in the SF area or be willing to relocate. The position is ready to hire.

Requirements

Legal to work in the US
Prior PA experience supporting high-level individuals, executives, or private households
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Google Suite and task management systems
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Calm demeanor and sound judgment under pressure

Nice To Haves

Financial literacy or a background in accounting is a plus

Responsibilities

Capable of managing multiple priorities across homes, travel, events, and digital communication.
Manage and optimize complex personal and professional calendars
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers across residences
Manage maintenance schedules and household inventory
Assist with dinner parties, hosting logistics, and guest coordination
Event planning skills
Organize digital files and assist with light administrative support
Financial literacy or a background in accounting is a plus
Occasional travel
Driving or short flights to prep house before arrival at locations (i.e. stock groceries, etc.)
Most daily tasks can be done remotely, but you will be requested to be on-site at times for specific tasks and in-person communication
Confidentiality and discretion are a must
