This role is more than just support; you will be learning the day-to-day operations of a home care agency and becoming someone who can confidently step in when needed. This position offers advancement opportunities for the right candidate. You will be trained directly and gain hands-on experience in managing a home care agency. Requirements

  • Pleasing and professional personality
  • Strong time management skills
  • Computer savvy (Google Workspace, basic systems, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Can work with minimal to no supervision
  • Problem solver with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • At least two (2) years of experience working in the medical field
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling caregivers and clients
  • Communicate with clients, caregivers, and office staff
  • Support daily office and operational tasks
  • Work side-by-side with leadership to learn agency processes
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Step in and assist with problem-solving when needed
