About The Position

We are seeking a full time or part-time reliable, organized, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a physician with personal responsibilities outside of the clinical setting. This role is not patient-facing and does not involve medical office duties. The ideal candidate is highly professional, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to manage a wide range of personal tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar support role preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and dependability
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and basic office software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage personal calendar, appointments, and scheduling
• Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries
• Organize household-related tasks, vendors, and service appointments
• Assist with errands, shopping, and personal projects
• Track important deadlines, bills, renewals, and documents
• Help organize files, correspondence, and personal records
• Communicate professionally with service providers and contacts
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Provide general administrative and personal support as needed
