About The Position

The Personal Assistant position is responsible for assisting the President with a variety of administrative and personal tasks, freeing him to maximize time on strategic tasks. This position also performs numerous other job duties for multiple departments at the Corporate Office. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Assist the President with a variety of administrative and personal tasks, freeing him to maximize time on strategic tasks.
  • Perform numerous other job duties for multiple departments at the Corporate Office.
  • Work closely with the President to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Monitor and track the President's projects/tasks.
  • Keep Microsoft Planner current and updated.
  • Attend select meetings with the President to aid in tracking projects/tasks.
  • Prioritize the President's incoming emails and phone calls and route as necessary.
  • Monitor and schedule the President's calendar of events and meetings.
  • Prepare for meetings by gathering documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors.
  • Gather data from various sources and enter it into Excel and other programs as needed.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating corporate events.
  • Assist with maintaining and distributing gifts/SWAG for birthdays, holidays, and special visitors/occasions.
  • Assist with projects as needed.
  • Assist Corporate Office in information gathering and reporting of statistics.
  • Perform company and personal errands as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
