Requirements

HS Diploma or GED
Experience with contract licensing, backflows, rebates and jurisdictional knowledge
1+ year of administrative or related experience
High attention to detail and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
Excellent organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of municipalities and electrical permitting knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Requesting and processing permits for customer jobs from local agencies
Communicating regularly with field staff regarding permit status
Schedule inspections through the city and coordinate permit process between customers and agencies
Act as a backup for other administrative roles on the team
All other duties as assigned to support the administrative needs of the business
