Requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues, customers, and third‑party agencies
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Submit permit applications to municipalities for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
  • Coordinate and schedule job site inspections with the appropriate authorities
  • Maintain communication with municipalities, customers, and internal teams regarding permit status
  • Track permits from submission through approval, inspection, and final closeout
  • Ensure proper documentation, completion, and closeout of all permitted work
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and files related to permits and inspections
  • Assist with any additional administrative tasks related to compliance and permitting
