We’re adding PMU services to our Lash Lounge salon and looking for the right artist to grow with us long term. About the Role This is a permanent position inside an established, membership-based beauty salon with a steady flow of guests, strong brand recognition, and built-in marketing support. WHAT WE DO: The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. Requirements
- Current PMU certification and required state licensing
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio (before/after photos required)
- Excellent attention to detail and sanitation standards
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
- Comfortable working in a structured, brand-driven environment
- Team player who values consistency and long-term growth
Responsibilities
- Microblading and/or powder brows
- Lip blush
- Lash line enhancement or eyeliner (if certified)
- Consultations, color matching, and client education
- Touch-ups and follow-up care
