About The Position
This role involves the ability to independently assist ECMO cannulation in adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients while being comfortable operating in fast pace emergent cardiac cases.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience required
- Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions
- Ability to independently assist ECMO cannulation in adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Perfusion
- Comfortable operating in fast pace emergent cardiac cases
- ECMO Transport is a MUST
- Spectrum Pump experience
- Experience in Terumo system 1, Quest MPS 2/3 Cardioplegia, ISTAT, Centrimag, Impella 5.5, Bellmont Hyperthermia Kit, CardioHelp, Angiovac, CardioQuip HC
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- Clinical Perfusionist (ABCP) certification
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields of study
- Work Setting Experience Required: CVOR, General OR, Pedi CVOR, Pedi General OR, and Trauma Level 1
- At least 1 year of EPIC experience
- Experienced traveler
