About The Position

Perfusionist: Heart of the Operation We are seeking a Perfusionist to join our SpecialtyCare team in Tallahassee, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team that will consist of three (3) perfusionists supporting two (2) talented surgeons. The adult only caseload includes all types of cases and minimal ECMO. Tallahassee is located in the Florida Panhandle, and is the largest city in the region—Florida’s capital city offers great outdoor recreation with over 700 miles of outdoor trails, a vibrant arts and culture scene, and lots of family-friendly activities. For those wanting a beach trip, Saint George is the place to go! Unlike some beach destinations that become overrun by tourists, real estate opportunists, and venture capitalists, Saint George retains that island getaway feel, which makes it one of the best beach day trips from Tallahassee. Only 76 miles from Tallahassee, Saint George has the largest white-sand beach in all of Florida. SpecialtyCare is the largest provider of perfusion services in the United States. Requirements

Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program.
Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.
Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
