About The Position

The Perfusion Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high standards of patient care. A Perfusion Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high standards of patient care. The Perfusion Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and leading a team of Perfusionist. They will maintain a positive and productive working relationship with the medical staff. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Conduct and provide performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to staff. Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical service, including staffing, scheduling and patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 7 years progressive work experience and 2 years management experience
  • State licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
