About The Position

We’re looking for a seasoned performance marketer with strong strategic instincts and excellent client-facing presence. This role is not purely executional — it requires someone who can own acquisition strategy, manage meaningful budgets, and confidently lead conversations with brand founders and senior operators.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in paid media / performance marketing
  • Prior client-facing experience
  • Experience with e-commerce and CPG brands ($1M+ revenue)
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Confident communicator
  • Strategic, business-oriented thinker
  • Comfortable owning outcomes
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Strong oral and written command of English language

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a client-facing performance lead
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Proactively surface risks and opportunities
  • Create and present performance reports to Brand stakeholders
  • Own acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Manage multi-channel paid media budgets for $5M+ e-commerce brands and lead gen businesses.
  • Lead a team of paid specialists across Meta, Tiktok, and Google Ads
  • Own LTV:CAC, MER, ROAS performance narratives
  • Collaborate on forecasting and budget planning
  • Own new customer / lead growth, delivering client expectations
