Work with market leadership to analyze trends in organizational and individual performance data. Identify gaps in performance and training needs to improve performance within the markets. Provide support and training to new hires as well as existing team members to ensure a clear understanding of procedures. Develop, train and mentor on performance procedures. This individual will work closely with all levels on Conifer from individual contributors through executive leadership as well as client leadership.
