About The Position

The Performance & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, tracking, testing, and submitting performance-related and physical (PAR) gaming projects to ensure compliance with the Choctaw Gaming Commission and other applicable regulatory jurisdictions. This role serves as a central liaison between regulators, vendors, internal performance teams, and Slot Administration to ensure all software, hardware, and project submissions comply with required regulatory standards and approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Coordination & Compliance Create, prepare, and submit PAR/Physical project notifications in accordance with Choctaw Gaming Commission specifications.
  • Oversee and process regulatory notifications for assigned jurisdictions.
  • Maintain, track, and communicate the status of hardware and software approvals from tribal and jurisdictional regulatory bodies.
  • Assist the Gaming Commission and Slot Administration with PAR sheet requests and resolve issues related to submitted projects.
  • Communicate effectively with regulators, vendors, and internal customers to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with all software approvers and users.
  • Project Development & Support Assist the project and game performance teams in creating projects for upgrades, conversions, and revocation responses.
  • Help develop projects for software upgrades and conversions when revocations or regulatory changes occur.
  • Coordinate with game preparation teams to ensure all project requirements related to software, refurbishments, or regulatory notices are met.
  • Support project scheduling and coordination across departments to meet deadlines and operational needs.
  • Software & Inventory Management Maintain a detailed, accurate, and up-to-date software inventory and compliance database, including Inter-Tribal Lottery (ITL) approvals and jurisdictional approvals.
  • Manage software inventory tracking and inventory management programs and processes.
  • Audit in-field gaming inventory and identify older software requiring upgrades or replacement.
  • Create and publish software inventory and compliance reports for internal tracking and regulatory review.
  • Maintain and track all software approval and compliance documentation.
  • Vendor Coordination Communicate with vendor contacts to obtain, confirm, and verify regulatory approval information, including: Software versions Operating systems Progressive controllers (IPC approvals) Bill validator software Boot chip software (IGT and other vendors as needed)
  • Coordinate and schedule vendors for premium game installations, removals, signage moves, and software-related projects.
  • Reach out to vendors to order approved software required for project execution.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance Test project software to ensure it is compliant, functional, and usable prior to deployment.
  • Ensure all submitted software and hardware meets regulatory and operational standards before implementation.
