Join our Raleigh Water mission as the Performance & Quality Assurance Manager! This position oversees the Performance & Quality Assurance program, providing leadership, guidance, and consulting services in Raleigh Water on strategic planning, performance management, data analytics, and organizational and process improvement activities. Work involves supervising several others on the team with responsibility for directing assignments. In addition to working closely with Department leadership to set goals, you will respond to operational concerns and solve complex problems by facilitating consensus-building among stakeholders. This position oversees work on major projects, including implementation of the department's Business Plan, business processes, and departmental process improvements.
