The Performance PR & Influencer Manager will play a leading role in guiding performance-driven PR strategy rooted in strong editorial relationships, strategic content thinking, and impactful brand storytelling. This individual is naturally curious about the evolving PR and media landscape — eager to learn, adapt, and bring fresh thinking that connects earned visibility with brand outcomes. They are energized by industry shifts and comfortable leading client conversations around new platforms, changing editor priorities, and ways earned strategy can complement paid campaigns. Within Performance PR, we also advise on influencer partnerships and help facilitate execution — owning upper-funnel content strategy holistically, from editorial to creators, to ensure brands show up meaningfully and measurably across the channels where discovery begins. We do not operate with a one-size-fits-all approach; we are enthusiastic about finding what works best for each brand and lean on select agency partners to support best-in-class execution where collaboration deepens results. We’re looking for a confident account leader — someone who can drive strategy, lead client calls, oversee workflow across accounts, and ensure reporting and deliverable deadlines are met with excellence.
