As a Performance Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving Jewelry Services sales performance (including jewelry repair, custom design and more) by identifying growth opportunity areas through analysis, building relationships with store and operations partners and delivering impactful, live training experiences along with best practices and insights to optimize sales performance.
