All about the role As our (Junior) Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of our Growth Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to our growth by supporting performance campaigns across a wide range of channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliate. You will work in a collaborative and inclusive team that values learning, support, and shared success. We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a proactive "test and learn" mentality, who is eager to develop their skills and help us find new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role or relevant internships.
  • Direct exposure to managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with one or more platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and Meta Ads.
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach with a genuine curiosity for the latest innovations in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken).
  • Adaptability: A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools like Smartly and Branch is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, Apple Search ads, TikTok and mDSPs.
  • Help drive key business goals such as acquiring new customers, increasing orders, and boosting app installs through your supported channels.
  • Support the team by monitoring campaign data, creating weekly reports, and contributing to in-depth analyses to identify optimisation potential.
  • Assist the team in creating and running A/B tests for creative assets, ad copy, and campaign setups to enable continuous improvement and learning.
  • Learn to leverage our automation tools and bid management strategies to help improve account performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners, nurturing positive relationships and sharing insights with key stakeholders.
