Adir Ventures is an investment firm focused on technology-enabled insurance business. Some of their portfolio includes companies that are Healthy Labs (Medicare Marketing), MyPlanAdvocate (Healthcare Plans, Medicare), and Optimyl (Healthcare Plans, Small Business). We are seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Analyst for our Display/Video/Search media team to manage campaign execution, testing, and optimization across Google Display Network, YouTube, and select DSPs. This person will manage budgets, creatives, and targeting strategies to generate compliant, high-quality insurance leads at scale. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—able to interpret performance data while also developing hooks, ad copy, and creative angles that convert.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience running Display/Video/Search campaigns with significant budgets ($250k+/mo preferred).
  • Direct experience in insurance, Medicare, healthcare, or other regulated verticals strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, tracking/postback systems.
  • Proven ability to manage CPL, CPA, and ROI targets while scaling volume.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
  • Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks (hooks, CTAs, thumbnails, landing page variants).
  • Deep understanding of A/B test setup, execution, troubleshooting, and results interpretation
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and scale YouTube video, Display & Search campaigns (GDN, DV360, other DSPs) with a focus on lead generation KPIs (CPL, RPC, CPA, ROI).
  • Build and manage audience targeting (demographics, custom intent, retargeting, lookalikes).
  • Partner with design/creative teams to develop ad creatives, video storyboards, thumbnails, and CTAs optimized for click-through and conversion.
  • Set up tracking links, pixels, and postbacks to ensure proper attribution across click and call funnels.
  • Monitor campaigns daily and optimize for click quality, conversion rates, and profitability.
  • Adjust budgets, bids, placements, and targeting strategies based on partner feedback and performance data.
  • Test multiple ad angles (headline, imagery, hooks) and run multivariate creative tests.
  • Deliver weekly performance reporting with insights, wins, and recommendations.
  • Ensure ads, landing pages, and funnels meet carrier, CMS, and platform compliance standards.
  • Work with internal compliance/legal teams to get approvals on creatives before launch.
  • Maintain call and click routing accuracy to align with carrier/state requirements.
  • Scale spend profitably while balancing margin targets vs. volume goals.
  • Explore new publishers, ad formats, and placements
  • Build repeatable playbooks for lead generation.
  • Stay current on Google Ads policies, insurance category restrictions, and competitor strategies.
