We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for driving lead generation and conversion, performance reporting, conversion rate optimization, campaign optimization, and managing Marketo B2B email journeys. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support sales objectives and drive pipeline in strategic customer and prospect accounts. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Solid analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful ABM strategies that drive engagement and conversion in high-value accounts
  • Experience with PPC, SEO, Programmatic, and Retargeting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping
  • Solid project management skill
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, display advertising, and partner marketing
  • Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates across various marketing channels
  • Develop and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and driving pipeline growth
  • Design, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns using Marketo
  • Utilize data to drive insights and make informed decisions to enhance marketing performance
  • Manage and oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient campaign spending
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and product to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales objectives and drive pipeline in strategic customer and prospect accounts
