About The Position

Reese Roofing & Construction is a veteran-owned, family-operated roofing and general contracting company serving the Brandon, Florida area. As a fast-growing business focused on craftsmanship, service excellence, and measurable results, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing and lead generation strategy. This role is responsible for consistently generating high-quality inbound leads that convert into revenue. The Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of campaign execution, performance optimization, and marketing systems that directly support company growth. This is a hands-on, results-driven position where success is measured by lead quality, conversion performance, and direct contribution to revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in the company’s growth and requires a proactive, performance-focused approach to marketing execution and optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SEO, PPC, and digital lead generation campaigns for local service-based businesses (home services experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and local SEO strategies (including Google Business Profile optimization)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns tied directly to revenue outcomes, not just traffic or impressions
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM systems for performance tracking, reporting, and lead management
  • Experience building, optimizing, and managing lead generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking systems
  • Ability to manage and scale digital advertising budgets while improving cost efficiency and lead quality
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics including cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Experience aligning marketing performance with sales outcomes and working alongside sales teams to improve conversion rates
  • Highly accountable, self-managed, and results-driven with the ability to take ownership of performance without constant oversight
  • Applications without specific campaign examples and performance metrics will not be considered.
  • Must provide examples of campaigns personally managed, including performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, or similar)
  • Must be able to clearly explain strategy, decision-making process, and results from past campaigns
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear expectations and measurable outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience working in roofing, construction, or other home services industries
  • Hands-on experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Proline

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute integrated SEO, PPC, and lead generation strategies to drive qualified traffic and high-quality leads
  • Optimize local search presence, including Google Business Profile and local SEO performance
  • Manage and improve digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Build, test, and refine lead generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking systems
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Ensure alignment between marketing activity and sales outcomes through proper tracking, reporting, and CRM integration
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure effective lead handoff and performance visibility
  • Manage and scale advertising budgets while improving efficiency and lead quality
