About The Position

MoneyLion is seeking a channel-savvy Performance Marketing Analyst to support rapid customer acquisition growth through innovative, full-funnel digital campaigns. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will help execute and optimize acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, CTV, and other emerging platforms. This role focuses not just on driving volume, but on acquiring high-value, revenue-generating users while maintaining strong CAC and ROAS discipline. You’ll play a hands-on role in evolving our performance engine—helping scale channels, test new tactics, and prove the value of upper-funnel investments in a highly data-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing, preferably in fintech, financial services, or tech.
  • Proven ability to execute and optimize campaigns across major paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rate.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing, preferably in fintech, financial services, gaming, marketing agency, or tech.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of performance marketing strategies that drive funded account conversions and revenue growth.
  • Build, launch, and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CAC, ROAS, ARPU, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Assist in audience testing, creative iteration, bid optimization, and campaign scaling efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Social, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams to ensure aligned and cohesive campaign execution.
  • Support creative strategy by partnering with agency teams to brief, review, and optimize performance-driven assets.
  • Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and platform innovations to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
  • Contribute to performance reporting and help maintain clear visibility into channel results and learnings.
  • Ensure campaigns meet compliance and legal standards in a regulated financial services environment.
