The Performance Manager acts as a subject matter expert on specific marketing and sales force programs and applications, analyzing business opportunities to recommend new strategies, programs, and tactics. This role involves designing and executing programs to improve sales force effectiveness, providing support to employees, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders for strategic decisions. The manager develops an expert understanding of business challenges, networks for competitive insights, and recommends measures for organizational effectiveness. They manage resources, lead strategic initiatives, conduct independent analysis, and define business requirements for analytics. The role also involves leading change management programs, developing communication strategies, overseeing operational programs, and designing and implementing tools and training. The Performance Manager operates at a group/enterprise-wide level, influences team collaboration, applies expertise to complex problems, and fosters strong internal and external networks.
