About The Position

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Performance Management Analyst with a Secret Clearance in Washington, DC to support our government customer. This position is onsite.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent and five (5) years of relevant professional experience or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or High School Diploma or equivalent and eleven (11) years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least three (3) years of professional M&E experience.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in multi-tasking complex projects, requiring interpersonal and customer service, writing, analytic, problem-solving and computer skills.
  • Demonstrated research, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subordinates, including the ability to assign work, monitor progress, and apply supportive course corrections, while creating a positive work environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft software (e.g., Word, Power Point, Teams, SharePoint), including advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate and analyze data from other Department stakeholders’ performance management efforts as well as any Bureau-managed third-party (TPM) mechanisms to assess overall performance towards meeting higher-level policy and/or program objectives for a country, region, cross-cutting issue, or other need.
  • Contribute to defining standard Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) products and ensuring that all M&E design is consistent with the Evidence Act, FAATA principles, and AF/A policies and definitions.
  • Develop and administer M&E products consistent with AF/A definitions and in consultation with office leadership and staff, policy officers, and program managers.
  • Support developing learning agendas and facilitating discussion; and provide, document, and track recommendations.
  • Participate and actively contribute to country coordination and/or review sessions.
  • Conduct monitoring that determines whether objectives/sub-objectives are on track, to provide real-time feedback to AF/A staff and program managers on suggested adjustments focused on accountability, efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment to Administration priorities.
  • Conduct program of record, country, and/or project-level assessments and/or evaluations for needs identified and prioritized by AF/A leadership.
  • Coordinate with the Data Management Analyst for the tracking and analysis of project performance data, including instances of diversion of U.S. assistance.
