PCs manage partners’ participation and performance through on-site and remote communication, on-site visits to conduct training, partner risk and needs assessments, and strategic development of performance plans to align partner performance with contract deliverables and Healthy Alliance’s Quality Plan. Two positions are available. We are looking to fill one position with someone who resides in Herkimer County and the other with someone who resides in Southern Onondaga County.
