In this role, you will be passionate about Performance Marketing and have experience influencing internal and external stakeholders. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
  • Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product subject matter expert for customers and agencies.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with LCS pods, gTech and Specialists, drive impact to our largest customers through Performance Solutions activation (Bidding, AI Max, Performance Max, etc.).
  • Lead Search+ product activation and adoption across cross-functional teams in the Integrated Sector, which will demand sales skills, influencing without authority and cross-collaboration.
  • Engage with GTM and Product teams to provide feedback and influence product roadmap.
