Conducts complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.
• At least three years experience working with quantitative and statistical data (master's degree may be substituted for two years of experience).
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills.
• Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
