As a Performance Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving measurable results across podcast campaigns for direct response advertisers. Unlike traditional digital channels, podcast performance requires a nuanced approach, balancing host-read endorsements, run-of-network scale, and attribution. This role is focused on clients with clear KPI goals (CPA, conversions, site visits), requiring ongoing optimization, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to translate podcast performance into actionable insights. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns not only deliver, but improve over time through strategic recommendations and hands-on management.
