The Performance Acceleration Coordinator plays an exciting role in supporting TCWGlobal's success across Global Operations and related teams. This dynamic position champions learning and process improvement by keeping content fresh and effective, integrating AI to boost efficiency, and ensuring consistency through well-managed SOPs and learning content. The coordinator helps streamline HR and client documentation, fuels engagement through feedback and recognition programs, and turns insights into action - making a real impact on both team performance and the overall employee/customer experience.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years' experience in HR operations, process improvement and documentation, Training and Development, or related roles
• Experience leading projects from beginning to completion
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
• Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and fast learner who can capably educate and equip team members to excel in their positions
• Experience using Canva, PowerPoint, Genially and/or other content creation software
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, etc.)
• Ability to present information to small and large groups
• Demonstrates strong inter-personal skills and emotional intelligence, with an ability to inspire, motivate and influence others
• Can easily adapt to different learning and communication styles

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned learning content and supporting materials. Content should adhere to company procedures and service expectations (incorporating AI where possible)
• Partner with HR and leadership, support tracking of new hire training to completion
• Deliver assigned training through a variety of formats, including in person classroom, virtual, email, one-on-one, and groups. Through the training content and delivery, this person should positively inspire, motivate and influence team members
• Own HR Center/DropBox Sign templates including client and location-based forms; conducting regular audits to keep forms current
• Support Thumbs Up and other feedback programs to ensure responses are appropriately allocated to respective team members and customers; analyze overall trends to provide actionable insights
• Complete Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates to support consistency in process adoption across teams; deploy SOP updates to the organization
• Assist in creating and updating public Knowledge Base articles
• Identify opportunities to enhance utilization and impact of SOPs with AI, partnering with additional teams for AI integration
• Additional tasks as assigned
