About The Position
Researches, develops, and maintains a training curriculum and departmental workflows and work processes for Claims Operations staff. Provides training and performs quality reviews during training periods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice To Haves
- industry standard coding formats experience
- medical claims processing/billing
- skilled in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Word and Excel programs
