The Clinician provides both direct and indirect behavioral health services to clients in the Women & Children residential program. This role is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients in accordance with State of Connecticut licensing requirements and agency credentialing standards, with approval from the Program Manager. Direct services include assessment interviews, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy. Indirect services involve documentation, supervision, case conferences, insurance authorizations, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The Clinician supports clients in achieving both recovery and parenting goals. Flexibility is essential, as the schedule may include evening or weekend hours.
