In addition, Aspire Health Alliance offers a competitive package of compensation and benefits. Aspire Health Alliance is actively seeking per diem staff to support both the MCI team and the CCS unit. Crisis Clinicians will have the opportunity to develop comprehensive diagnostic and clinical skills while working with a diverse population, including both children and adults. These professionals provide essential psychiatric emergency services to individuals and families who are at significant risk of harming themselves or others. Our emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The crisis intervention team is responsible for evaluating and stabilizing crises and making referrals to the most appropriate level of care. Additionally, psychiatric consultation and medication management are available. The CCS Clinical Coordinator conducts updated comprehensive assessments, providing brief crisis counseling, and offering psycho-education. This position also involves the development and implementation of treatment team functions, therapeutic groups, and individualized crisis prevention, safety, recovery, and discharge plans. Responsibilities further include managing clinical intakes and client admissions in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and ESP Director. The Clinical Coordinator will contribute to maintaining a structured yet homelike and comfortable environment that fosters recovery and well-being.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in assessing and managing risk, crisis intervention, and employing de-escalation techniques to promote the stabilization of clients in crisis
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and to promote consistent team interventions and stabilization
