Per Diem MRI Technologist - MSK Nassau Join our Radiology team at MSK Nassau! We are seeking a Per Diem MRI Technologist for MSK Nassau, our freestanding outpatient facility, located in Uniondale, NY. This site allows us to offer the most-advanced cancer care services closer to home for patients residing in Nassau & Queens, NY counties. Role Overview: Perform a variety of M.R. and x-ray imaging procedures that require independent judgment and resourcefulness within an outpatient center that specializes in breast cancer imaging.
Requirements
- Requires degree from a 2 yr AMA approved Radiology school or a 1 yr MRI technologist program.
- New York State license in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT registration (MRI) (R), and MRI certification (MR).
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Desire for personal growth and readiness to tackle challenges
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Multimodality/CT experience and certification a plus.
