Broad Reach Hospice is hiring a Per-Diem Hospice Aide. In order to meet the needs of our community, we are looking to add a compassionate, caring per-diem Hospice Aide to our team. There is no fixed schedule, you pick up shifts when you are available/when we need you. Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant License.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with home health or hospice care is preferred, however, finding the right candidate is most important to us so applicants are welcome to apply regardless of experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care in patients’ homes as well as in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout the mid and lower Cape.
- Assisting with patients’ ADLs (activities of daily living).
- Following patients' plan of care and c ompleting documentation of care given.
- Communicating regularly with nurse case manager.
