About The Position

PeopleSoft Security Administrator (PeopleSoft HCM and Financials) Role requires in depth knowledge of application security fundamentals and experience with various security setups and structures for multiple public sector clients. General understanding of business processes within HCM (HR, Payroll, Benefits) or FSCM (General Ledger and Budgeting, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash) to map security accordingly. Configuration of security via user profiles, permission lists and roles using best practices. Implementation and maintenance of Commitment Control security, Row-level security, query security, process group security, and project security. Proficiency in SQL Developer, PS Query, and Tree Management as they relate to Security Strong understanding of separation of duties standards and internal control mechanisms within PeopleSoft and experience responding to audit questions about security setup Use of Excel-based tools for Security Matrix management and separation of duties conflict identification using Power Query or Excel Macro scripts. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to gather information from stakeholders to understand requirements as well as the ability to present recommended solutions, when appropriate.
