About The Position

The PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM) Analyst will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing PeopleSoft FSCM applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. The individual will provide technical and functional expertise to ensure seamless operations of the FSCM suite, including modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Procurement, Asset Management, and Inventory. Requirements

  • 8 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation efforts.
  • 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing.
  • 8 years of experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
  • 8 years of experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possesses effective presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • 8 years of experience working with MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Nice To Haves

  • 4 years of working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
  • 2 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
  • 1 year of experience working with Jira.
  • 1 year of experience working with the Scrum Framework.

Responsibilities

  • Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
  • Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system:
  • Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports.
  • Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
  • Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
