The Work:
Responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining application engine programs, SQR programs components, and interfaces within the PeopleSoft HCM suite (Core HR; Payroll; Benefits; Compensation & Performance; Employee Self-Service & Portal; BI Reporting & Public Queries). This software is used to perform everyday business operations for the Financials application. Work closely with the team to assess business needs and determining / implementing solutions. Create conceptual design documents, participates in technical design, coding and building interfaces, reports and custom programs as needed and provides support to the functional team.

Requirements

• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, preferably 9.x
• 5 years min work experience in application analysis, design, software development, implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to focus on both the big picture and ability to pay attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft administration skills, to include configuration of Web Server domains, Application Server domains, Process Schedulers. Perform migrations, apply patches.
• Ability to apply patches using Change assistant server and PUM servers, perform migrations of projects
