The work:
As a PeopleSoft Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator
• Strong technical expertise in PeopleTools, Oracle databases, and related technologies
• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
• Secret Clearance required

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications, such as Oracle PeopleSoft Certified Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, apply patches and updates, and perform system upgrades
• Manage PeopleSoft security, including user roles, permissions, and authentication, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards
• Coordinate and manage PeopleSoft-related projects, create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes, and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders and stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft technologies and best practices to implement system improvements
