Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated passion for a career in People & Talent
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability and desire to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured rotations across major People & Talent functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, People Analytics, and Business Partnering
  • Lead and contribute to initiatives and projects aimed at driving a positive employee experience and supporting company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and employees at all levels to understand workforce needs
  • Analyze people processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Attend workshops, trainings, and mentorship sessions to build industry knowledge and leadership skills
  • Prepare and present insights, progress, and recommendations to People & Talent leadership at the end of each rotation
